GROWTH CONSULTANT
The consultant would designate specific days and times to work with the organization. Each agreement is unique to the customer's needs, goals, and objectives. This arrangement would be interactive, the consultant would be engaging with the business' staff to gain full support and focus in order to achieve the objectives of the agreement.

EXECUTIVE ADVISORY SUPPORT
Strategic Executive Support. This support comes in a 1x1 form and is available to the Executive leadership team. The support consists of a monthly retainer with allotted hours to advise, consult, problem solve, provide mindshare, ideas, connect leadership to key contacts and networks to help grow and drive success.

STRATEGIC PROJECT CONSULTING
Specific project, key deliverables, and timeline for accomplishing the agreed upon scope & objectives. This can be critical problem-solving projects, re-organization, building out teams, setting visions and key revenue goals. These tend to be larger in scale and can include things such as interim Executive placement as CEO, CRO, EVP, EVP of Sales.

COMAPNY ANALYSIS
Identifying gaps & obstacles in the business to apply strategies and address needs of the organization. Bridging gaps, and removing obstacles so that the culture, staff, products, and processes can align with the company's goals to gain traction & grow.

BLUE SKY MEETING
Purpose is to expose creativity within the organization to gain a new perspective on areas to improve, ideas to implement, creativity, vision, and future plans. Hosted and Lead by Boundless Consultant with a goal to conclude meeting with new ideas and refreshing perspectives that can be implemented to achieve greatness.

Jacob has experience with motivational speaking, business training, conferences, internal presentations, team engagement meetings, and company vision casting.
